I found the Legal Action Workshop (Encino) a great way to accomplish routine court filings and document preparation. I was attempting to collect back child support. I paid a nominal fee for a consultation and fees for preparing the proper documentation. Things went very slowly due the fact that 20 years had passed since my divorce. LAW continued to assist me in my attempts to have my ex-husband's wages attached. Julie in the office made it her mission.
After I started receiving checks, my ex-husband hired an attorney and filed a protest that resulted in a court date. Frank was right there to become my Attorney of record and to to court with me. Frank had all his facts and documents in line and my ex-husband's complaint was thrown out. I continued to receive checks.
My ex-husband wanted to settle. Frank took care of all the back and forth and paperwork. Today I will be picking up a cashier's check for $22,000.00.
I owe a big thank you to Julie for her perseverance and patience and Frank for his expertise. I can recommend LAW. It is like having an advocate to lead you through the confusing court system and it is comforting to know that Frank will be there if you need more than just help and advice!

I'd like to commend the staff for their professionalism and cooperation... Today I attended my bankruptcy hearing and was in awe to say the least. But, after sitting and watching several cases before I was called, I realized that I had indeed made the right choice in L.A.W. I want to emphasize the fact that the majority of the cases before me were represented by attorneys (to the best of my knowledge) and several were asked if they were licensed to practice in the State of California. My point is that each participant that was represented
by an attorney had to continue their case because of either incomplete or erroneous paperwork. In this regard I would more than willingly recommend the Legal Action Workshop to friends and family members, I just hope that the need never arises. My only regret is that I didn't use their services for my divorce proceeding which I have spent thousands in attorney fees over a three year period and the matter still has not been resolved.
